the working principle of the uht plate sterilizer is that the material is preheated by pumping the material into the heat exchange device of the cold and hot material in the sterilizer by a centrifugal pump, and then passes through a high-temperature barrel full of high pressure, and the material is quickly heated to the sterilization temperature. hold for about 3 seconds, the microorganisms and enzymes in it will be quickly killed. after the material leaves the high-temperature barrel, it is cooled by heat exchange with the cold material, and the temperature is generally lower than 65°c.
if the next process needs to increase the temperature, it can be achieved by adjusting the angle shut-off valve or circulation, and vice versa, by connecting cooling water to reduce the discharge temperature.
the discharging is controlled by the throttle valve of the sterilizer, which can make the boiling point of the material higher than the maximum temperature while maintaining a certain pressure. adjust this valve during normal production, and the back pressure control flow is generated by the driving force of the pump to overcome the spring pressure. it should be fully opened when cleaning the sterilizer. the circulating storage tank can be used to prepare acid and alkali solutions to effectively clean the scale on the inner wall of the coil.
due to the use of stainless steel three-way cock at the same time, the flow can be adjusted appropriately.
